I’m getting fat, and I want to make sure it doesn’t get out of control. I a b-day coming up and want to start getting healthy. Is this a good start? If not, any suggestions?
No, I’m not lazy, no I don’t eat whatever I want. I’ve had three kids, I’m 5′7″, and weigh 137lbs… not completely out of control, I was just curious. Thanks for the comments, but you don’t always have to be rude.
