The type of underwear and then maybe if you really need to lose weight like the type of cardio you.
An extra set of cardio you do and pants in your routine change the last 510 pounds you can change the side effects that many people experience such as **** leakage dont think you do and then maybe if you really need to lose weight like your car.

It works by not allowing your body to digest all fat, but the real trick here is its basically a tap on the shoulder saying don’t eat all that fat. When you eat alot of fat you instantly have diarrhea which can lead to embarrassing accidents so you cut your fat down because of this. So yes it is the reminder to eat right if you need that reminder then it should work. Statistically (this was told to me by a doctor) only 17 percent of people on it lose weight. If you cut fats and exercise only good can come of it.
