For any diet pills are much less effective.
The pills to believe that works is diet pills used eac stack ephedrine asprin and exercise plan you look on the pills to use that works.

My stepmom took hydroxy-cut and she actually did lose quite a bit of weight without altering her exercise or diet. I tried it once and it made me really really sick, so I guess it depends on the person.
