Is there a diet pill out there that is good?

good diet pill
What? asked:

I have been seriously thinking about taking a dietary supplement to help me lose my baby fat from my second child. I have been exercising and eating healthy, I am down 20 pounds but am getting impatient and want to try something to help speed things up. Is there a pill out there that I can take to supplement my weight loss and not cause me to gain after quitting it?
