Is there a good diet pill out there?

I want to get my six pack back. I know that I cant just take a pill and bam, its done. I’ve gotten my eating habits under control, and I’m exercising and working out 5 days a week. But I was wondering if there was one for alittle extra help. I dont want one that will make me run for the toilet every 5 minutes. Is there such a thing?

The majority of diet pills are not laxitives, so i think you will be safe with the toilet thing.
I wouldnt use diet pills.
#1- they cost alot, exercise doesnt cost anything (except maybe time)
#2- the majority do not help you at all. They may put extra stress on your kidneys and the rest of your body, but they arent going to do anything good
