Sorry no diet pill will help you, you don’t eat right and diet pills only improve upon a solid diet and exercise plan.
If you did know what you were doing which you have no idea btw, I would recommend one of the fat burning supplements at bodybuilding.com
While you are over at bodybuilding.com how about you read about eating and exercise I have no doubt you need it. If you want worthwhile results.
