I know that there have been numerous tests that show they don’t work and that they’re unsafe. So with diet and exercise I’ve lost like twenty lbs, no pills at all. Well for like the past 6 weeks now I’ve been stuck at the same weight, I’m not gaining or losing and if I do it’s only by like a pound or so, nothing drastic like it has been.

So!! What is the best diet pill or way to get over this little slump I’m in. I’m desperate!!
