I’m 50 lbs overweight and have dieted most of my adult life except for the last few years. I’ve tried all the old/new diets without success. My doctor says It’s part of my age and to just accept it. I can’t! It’s really starting to affect me physically. I guess I should add that I come from an obese family on both sides.
